Nobody has raised RISE time. HF is the killer and real damage maker, just READ the serious warnings on the bullet tweeter reviews I did. My career has also depended upon reviewing mad end hifi, so I HAD to avoid a big power system in my car after the first one.

Mick Hughes has no damage (engineer with Metallica) and neither do I, but I AM sensitive these days, whereas I wasn't before. A finger in the ear is good, top end foam plugs, fitted well, is better.

But the grinder, nail gun and saw-rips will HURT you..rather than the bass, that is JUST vibration fatigue.

But Metallica's singer has to have some anti-bass cardioid cancellation on-stage, from specially aimed subs

It's not 'affiliated' or 'mainly' it is an editorial support to FOUR so will only feature their products... and has a pure mainstream/music approach. It's the best in-house publication ever made in that respect.. tries  to educate 'normal' people and that is a bloody top thing. Respect. ..and the stuff is bloody good.

Hey, DennisCooper, I would love to know more about the Aperiodic. I have bad memories and was REALLY told off by someone who spent big money on them and it failed, after which I was of course rightly blamed.
